This morning, I was on the phone with someone in a professional context and he started a sentence with “the thing about millenials is…”
I groaned, expecting the usual.
But then he finished it with a comment that was:
- complimentary
- not condescending
- not a glib, stupid generalization.
I instantly liked and respected him for it.
