So are things official? Nice view. Our refi was no easier, and I have a friend who is going through the same old. The banks have done a 360 — $380K in 2002- sure! $300K in 2009 – WE WILL BE UP YOUR ASS FOR SIX WEEKS AND THE LOAN OFFICER WILL SAY THAT YOU WILL GET CLOSED QUICKLY BECAUSE “YOU DON’T YELL AT ME.”
