Not really; I’m a West Coast guy and I’m pretty sure I’d melt in the Southern heat and humidity. But, it is definitely a good time to sell. Even though, in hindsight, purchasing it was a misstep, you should end up doing pretty good.
What will be really nice is that when I sell this, I will be completely out of debt. None. Nada. Not even a house payment. There’s a certain comfort to that…
